Privacy Policy

Effective Date: [28 March 2025]

This Privacy Policy explains how data is collected and used when you visit this website. The short version: not much is collected, and even less is done with it.

You're probably reading this after arriving here from a platform like Instagram - where your data is constantly mined, sorted, predicted, and sold. This website, by contrast, doesn't care where you went to school, what ads you clicked on, or how many seconds you hovered over a reel. It just wants to function.

What We Collect

This Site collects a small amount of information:

a) Information You Voluntarily Provide

If you submit something (e.g. a selfie for "Collaboration Applicants" or a message through the contact page), I 'collect' what you give me: your name, email, and the content you choose to share.

b) Passive, Boring, Technical Stuff

When you load a page, the Site may collect your IP address, browser type, and device info. This helps determine if the website is working No advanced tracking, no predictive profiling, no behavior-based targeting.

What We Do With It

Mostly, I just look at it. Occasionally, I use it to respond to your message or display your submission. If your content becomes part of an artwork, it may be archived indefinitely - as part of the piece, not part of a marketing funnel.

We do not sell, rent, share, barter, leak, upload, or trade your data. There is no incentive to do so.

Cookies

This Site may use simple cookies - basic code snippets that help it remember how it's functioning. No third-party ad tech. No cross-site tracking. If you're looking for digital manipulation, you've come to the wrong website.

Informed Surveillance (or Lack Thereof)

Unlike the platforms you probably just closed, this site is not designed to monitor you. It does not use biometric prediction, facial analysis, or algorithmic nudging. It does not listen through your microphone. It does not serve ads.

There's no such thing as a completely private digital space. But this one tries to stay close.

Your Rights

If you're from a place where privacy laws exist (hello, GDPR), you may request access to your data, ask for deletion, or inquire about what's stored. If your submission is part of an artwork, we'll do our best to accommodate you - within reason and without compromising the work itself.

Retention

Submitted content may remain part of this project indefinitely. Messages are kept as long as they're relevant. The rest quietly disappears with time, like most things on the internet that aren't being monetized.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. But this isn't a bank. If you're trying to hide something from the NSA, this is not the place to do it.

Third-Party Services

This site may use external tools (like simple analytics or form processors) that have their own privacy policies. These tools are selected for reliability, not for data extraction.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may change slightly over time, mostly in response to shifts in legal language or conceptual clarity. If you continue using the Site, you agree to whatever version is active at that time.

Contact
