My 2024 work ‘Made in China’ is now available for purchase exclusively to my few U.S. based followers.
The piece consists of a mass-produced patriotic T-shirt manufactured in China, which I have framed and formally reclassified as an original artwork under U.S. Harmonized Tariff Schedule code 9701.10.00.00.
In accordance with current U.S. customs law, this classification exempts the work from import tariffs - making it one of the few Chinese-manufactured objects legally eligible for tariff-free entry into the country.
